Purchase your Athlete’s Clothing
Make sure you purchase the required tank top and shorts for practice and workouts as well as a game day polo. DEADLINE TO PURCHASE IS MAY 23.
Buy a Booster Club Membership

Complete Physical
Many Doctor’s offices have the physical forms available in their office, but you can also download the form here. Your athlete will not be able to participate until they have completed a physical.
Purchase Game Day Meals
Every athlete will need to purchase Game Day Meals for the season. PURCHASE BY AUGUST 22. Meals will be provided to athletes before each game (home and away). If you require financial assistance for Game Day meals, please contact cpmsathleticsinfo@gmail.com.
Get a Leopard Football Yard Sign
Recognize your athlete and let your friends and neighbors know your athlete is carrying on the Cedar Park football tradition by purchasing a 202 Football Yard Sign here.
Complete Rank1 Forms
Ensure you complete your Rank1 forms. Your athlete will not be able to participate until they have completed their Rank1 forms.
Register for Summer Camps
Make sure to register for Summer Camps so your athlete is ready for the season. Registration opens on May 1. There are two LISD camps: Explosive Power and Speed Camp (June 2 - July 18) and Football Skills/Fundamental Team Camp (July 28 - July 31); in addition, plan to register for Get Burly Camp (July 28).
Volunteer
Make sure you plan on signing up for at least ONE volunteer position during the season! Parent volunteers will be NEEDED throughout the season. The volunteer sign-up will be posted as soon as it’s available.
Download the SportsYou App
SportsYou will be the primary platform for communications with parents. Please ensure you have downloaded the app. If you need the access code for your athlete’s grade, you can email edmundo.gandara@leanderisd.org or cpmsathleticsinfo@gmail.com
Complete SWAY Test
Complete the SWAY test by downloading the SWAY app. More info will be sent out over the summer.
